Transformation of eNOC System

At TEBODIN BILFINGER ABU DHABI, I spearheaded a transformative project that automated the No Objection Certificate (eNOC) system for the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations Ltd. (ADCO). By introducing electronic operations and eliminating manual processes, we achieved a remarkable 70% reduction in turnaround times for eNOC requests. This initiative involved meticulous testing, administration, and seamless deployment of eNOC software, enhancing the efficiency of contractors and subcontractors. The result was a streamlined and agile eNOC process that significantly improved productivity and client satisfaction.

eLearning Revolution for Documentum

During my tenure at TEBODIN BILFINGER ABU DHABI, I championed the development of an innovative eLearning web application. This cutting-edge software was designed to streamline the training process for EMC Documentum, substantially reducing the need for trainers by 45%. The project automated training procedures, making the process more efficient and user-friendly. The application not only reduced training costs but also ensured that employees received high-quality training, which ultimately led to improved productivity and client satisfaction.

Streamlining No Objection Certificates

While working with CH2MHILL in Abu Dhabi, I undertook the task of streamlining the No Objection Certificate (NOC) process for contractors and subcontractors. This project involved designing and delivering an in-house NOC transactional system, significantly simplifying the tracking and management of business transactions. The implementation included the creation of data input forms, automated reporting using VB.net, and various enhancements that streamlined the entire NOC process. This resulted in a more efficient and hassle-free experience for clients, ultimately improving client satisfaction.

GIS Evolution and Database Enhancement

My role at CH2MHILL also involved leading a significant Geographical Information System (GIS) project. We successfully converted 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D drawings using ArcGIS technology. As part of this initiative, I conducted a thorough GIS audit, identifying missing maps and updating the corporate database for the past decade (2003-2013). The outcome was an enriched and more accessible GIS database, empowering clients with precise geographical information and enhancing their decision-making processes.

Meeting Sales Targets at Qatar Airways

During my tenure at Qatar Airways, I played a pivotal role in achieving and surpassing sales targets through innovative strategies and efficient reporting. My responsibilities included planning, budgeting, analyzing flight loads, connectivity, revenue, and performance. I also forecasted future trends and developed new market opportunities, positioning Qatar Airways as a leading player in the global market. To support the commercial team in reaching their sales targets, I designed and delivered an automated reporting system that streamlined the sales process and improved client satisfaction. This led to increased revenue and a stronger market presence for Qatar Airways.

Enhancing Customer Loyalty at Qatar Airways

At Qatar Airways, I led an initiative to enhance customer loyalty and increase profitability. I introduced targeted approaches to engage loyalty members, encouraging them to travel more and improve their membership tier. This approach resulted in a 7% increase in value per member. Additionally, I launched a loyalty program for corporate offices, which led to higher yields and a 12% boost in premium cabin loads. This project not only improved customer loyalty but also contributed significantly to the airline's profitability and client satisfaction.
